NOMINATION INFORMATION
To nominate a person for the Hall of Fame, please use this form:
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, an athlete must:
- have been graduated from Carlisle for at least five years
- have excelled at the high school level
- contributed substantially during his/her career, which would include the establishing of significant school, league, or state records, or a demonstration of unique versatility.
Any of the above requirements can be waived by a unanimous vote of the committee in a given year. All statistics and/or awards must be verifiable.
Others who have contributed can be inducted.
- Coaches: based on longevity, impressive records, or singular achievement
- Administrators: based on their commitment to the health of the athletic program, individual contributions, support, involvement with the Athletic Boosters, and a continuing role in guiding athletic endeavors
- Sponsors, Boosters, Fans: substantial and long-term involvement
