ReDo Day 1

Chamberlain Middle School is proud to bring back ReDo Day for a second time! ReDo Day is a program through the Violence Free Coalition of Warren County that seeks to put respect into action.  The theme of ReDo Day is “I Am More” which will help students learn that we are all more than just what we see on the outside.  This program will teach students to respect their peers, engage with people around them and learn their stories, defend anyone they see being bullied, and overcome stereotypes.

ReDo day is for 7th and 8th grade students.  On November 13th, the 7th and 8th grade boys will go through the ReDo program.  On November 14th, the 7th and 8th grade girls will go through the ReDo program.  This is an entire day event held in the gym at school. There are fun icebreaker games, small group activities, and whole group activities.  Along with the ReDo facilitators, there will be at least 30 adult males/female small group leaders to help run the small group activities.  These volunteers are teachers, staff members, coaches, pastors, retired teachers, etc.  This program is being brought to the school by Muse Machine and the PTO at no cost to the students.
