Jessica Hoban

Dear Students, Families, Staff, and Community Members of Carlisle Local Schools,

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Carlisle Intermediate School. I am honored to join this outstanding school community and look forward to partnering with each of you as we continue to support the success and growth of every student.

I bring 17 years of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, and most recently as an elementary principal in a neighboring district. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about helping students achieve their full potential while creating environments where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn.

My educational foundation is rooted in the belief that a strong academic foundation can open doors for lifelong success. Equally important is building a positive school culture where students feel a sense of belonging, staff members are empowered to do their best work, and families are welcomed and needed as true partners in the educational process.

As principal, I am committed to fostering clear and consistent communication with students, staff, and families. I believe that strong relationships are the cornerstone of a successful school and organization, and I look forward to getting to know each member of our school community.

Together, we will maintain high expectations for academic achievement while ensuring that all learners have access to inclusive practices, meaningful opportunities, and the support they need to thrive. Every student deserves to be challenged, celebrated, and encouraged as they grow both academically and personally.

I am passionate about continuing the strong traditions we have in this wonderful village and strengthening our school system for our students, staff, families, and the community I am fortunate to be a part of.
